What’s all the buzz about? This Sour Ale is our rendition of the Bee’s Knees cocktail inspired by Barr Hill Gin’s Barrel-Aged Tom Cat Gin. Every year, Barr Hill Gin sponsors a “Bee’s Knees” weeklong event where they help replenish a habitat for bees for every Bee’s Knees cocktail ordered nationally.
