Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ, Purple Sour Diesel takes it’s moniker from the cannabis strain of the same name. We took a beechwood smoked sour base and added orange blossom honey and a massive dose of black currant puree. We then dry hopped the whole batch with Mosaic. Lightly smokey, and massively tart with black currants, this is one complex beer
