Farmhouse Ale
Our house Saison strain is coupled with local malts from Thrall Family Malt (Windsor, CT) and Rooster Malt Co. (Bethel, CT) and CT hops from DeFrancesco Farms (Northford, CT). We then blend in Harvest Moon tea from Whole Harmony (Chester, CT). Dry, peppery, clovey, with notes of warming spice and licorice on the back end.
