Our Head Brewer, Nick Palermo, sources quality ingredients while utilizing new age brewing practices to deliver products that align with the ever changing craft beer culture.
Barrel Aged Projects
We like them round, thick and BOOZY. The “Double Barrel” barrel age project is a limited small batch series where 2 bourbon/whiskey barrels filled with our house imperial stout base are woken up and blended with a variety of fun adjuncts.
Hard Sippin' Seltzer
“There’s something for everyone.” That’s our motto when guests visit our taproom. To keep up with the fermented beverage trends and guests desire for change, we expanded our offerings by exploring the world of hard seltzer.
Cremo was the OG brewery in New Britain in the early 1900’s. To pay homage to this historical piece of our city, we revitalized the Cremo name by brewing our adaptation of the brand.
