Seven – For Alvarium’s 7th anniversary, we wanted to produce a true representation of a New England IPA! Heavy notes of stone fruit, melon, a touch of lychee and a hint of grapefruit zest with a great balance of residual sweetness from the vienna malt playing with this beer’s bitterness. Cheers to seven years!

Papa Don’t Peach – What better way to celebrate 7 years of Alvairum than with a special Pride Month brew that gives back to the community?! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Health Collective of Hartford, Conn. – a health center that provides care to the LGBTQIA+ community.

“Papa Don’t Peach” features a pallet popping mouthful of peaches, balanced with an oh so pleasant pucker and a hint of peach ring gummy flavor that’s sure to please!
